Using evidence-based strategies we will work to foster changes in legislation, enforcement, and public attitudes that will lead to a reduction in underage drinking
and binge drinking by Hartford’s teens and young adults.
OUR VISION
The establishment of a vibrant, broad-based and self-sustaining coalition of committed citizens with the capacity, the resources, and the will to undertake a variety of efforts to strengthen our community.
